This work is deeply personal to me.
I know what it feels like to hold everything together externally while feeling disconnected internally. To keep rebuilding the same habits, setting the same goals, or trying to “push through” reactions you can’t fully explain.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a clinician, led in corporate spaces, and sat across from people who looked incredibly successful on paper but felt exhausted, disconnected, and emotionally stuck in their everyday lives.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most people are not lacking discipline.
Their nervous systems simply don’t feel safe enough to sustain the life they’re trying to build.
When you understand your nervous system, you stop trying to force change.
You stop judging yourself for every reaction, shutdown, or repeated cycle. And you start building from a place of clarity instead of constant self-correction.

My work has taken me from corporate leadership spaces to deep one-on-one counseling work to coaching individuals and groups through lasting personal change. That range of experience has shaped the way I approach this work today, blending clinical understanding, behavioral science, emotional health, leadership, and practical strategy to help people create change that is both meaningful and sustainable.
